DR Refinishing LLC hereby warrants that all labor, materials furnished, and work performed injunction with this job will be from defects due to defective materials and or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the completion date. Should any defect develop during the warranty period due to improper materials or workmanship it will be made good at no expense to the original customer. Nothing in the above shall be deemed to apply to work that has been abused, neglected, or normal wear and tear. Non-payment of any portion of the monetary amount due for the work shall void this warranty. Final payment acknowledges the customer’s acceptance of the work and inspection for quality of workmanship. Any scratching, deterioration of the glossy finish or staining over time due to usage, cleaning practices or water conditions will be considered to be normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. Tubs and Baptisteries with corrosion or rust problems will be repaired to the best of our ability. If any future corrosion or rust occurs, it will not be covered under this warranty. Countertop warranty does not cover laminate lifting off the substrate or backsplashes separating from the countertop. <b>Services not covered under our warranty:</b> • Sinks • Floors • Tubs and Baptisteries with pre-existing rust or corrosion. • Any damage caused by direct impact from an object which causes the refinished surface to chip or crack. • Caulking and grout discoloration. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain caulking. There is a minimum of $200 fee for any service call on items not covered under warranty. DR Refinishing LLC reserves the right to make a final decision whether the damage is covered under warranty or not. This warranty is non-transferable and shall be void if the ownership of the property on which the work was performed is transferred to another party prior to the expiration of the warranty period. Please allow everything to be cured for at least 48 hours before use. When cleaning do not use any harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners such as Comet or Ajax. Abrasive cleaners can cause small scratches in the refinished surface. If anything gets under the surface it will impact the longevity of your refinishing job. <b>No types of suction cups, mats, or stickers may be used.</b>
